Cup Competition

As well as just playing to see who can win the league, those who finish in the top 8 of the Regulars league will be given a bye into the second round of this year's knockout cup. The remaining players will go into the first round of the cup with the Irregulars league people and any newbies.

Fixture Lists

If you have league games to play and an opponent you are yet to play on a Warhammer night then please take the opportunity to play him/her. Specialist games nights can still be used for those either not wanting to play a specialist game or for those who need to catch up games (it's two games minimum each month but players wanting to play 3-4 are more than welcome). But on Warhammer meetings please try to play league games where possible and we can get through the season much quicker if everyone does this. There will be no fixture list - it will be up to people to post on the forum when they want a game although, if people do start to fall behind, fixture list will have to be drawn up.
With (slightly) fewer battles to be fought and no pressing time constraints, an average of one battle each month should be enough to ensure that the Irregulars' league is finished in time.

The Future

With seven new players joining the league this year and only two people leaving the size of the league has grown. It is likely that next year there will be more members meaning that the regular league may have to be split into two for the next season, which could mean relegation from the top division, so there's plenty to play for even if you can't be crowned champion. The league starts first meeting in January if everyone is happy with the new rules.
